DESCRIPTION: DEX-128(L) is a liquid epoxy resin with a medium viscosity produced from bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin, and it does not contain any diluents. It has the ability to wet pigments well and resist filler settling, and provides high levels of mechanical and chemical resistance properties when cured. However, as an unmodified pure bisphenol A resin, DEX-128(L) can crystallize during storage, especially in cold conditions.
APPLICATIONS: DEX-128(L) finds its applications in various industries including electrical and electronic industries for potting, casting, and impregnating; building and civil engineering industries for floorings, adhesives, mortars, and grouts; and filament winding for composites. It is also suitable for solvent-free and high-solids coatings.
