DESCRIPTION: DEX-127 is a liquid resin that is not diluted and has a lower viscosity compared to DEX-128, but provides similar properties after curing. When cured with polyamine or polyamide, it offers high-quality and high-purity properties in various applications, including maximum mechanical strength, good chemical resistance, and excellent heat resistance. However, as an unmodified pure bisphenol A resin, it is prone to crystallization during storage, especially in cold conditions.
APPLICATIONS: DEX-127 finds its applications in various industries, including electrical and electronic industries for potting, casting, and impregnating; building and civil engineering industries for floorings, adhesives, mortars, and grouts; and filament winding for composites. It is also suitable for solvent-free and high-solids coatings.
