DESCRIPTION: DEX-836 is a liquid epoxy resin with high viscosity that is derived from bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin. It doesn't contain any diluents. The resin can be poured when heated and is also offered as an 80% (m/m) solution in xylene, known as WB-836X80, and an 80% (m/m) solution in xylene, called DEX-836X80.
APPLICATIONS: coal-tar extended, heavy-duty, protective coatings. electrical castings where crack resistance under thermal cycling is required.
