DESCRIPTION: DEX-A100 is a low viscosity, solvent-free cashew phenol modified phenol amine curing agent, mainly used in epoxy coating systems. The good properties include low viscosity, fast curing, low substrate surface treatment requirements, high glass transition temperature, good bonding strength and excellent chemical resistance. Even on wet or untreated substrate surfaces, the adhesion is very good. What’s more, the excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance enable WB-A100 very suitable for heavy anti-corrosion coatings, marine coatings and so on.
APPLICATIONS: DEX-A100 is suitable for coatings with high-solid or solvent-free, low surface treatment requirements, like marine coatings, industrial maintenance coatings, protective coatings and epoxy floor coatings. The product has excellent chemical resistance and can contact with drinking water, especially suitable for concrete or metal can lining and pipeline coatings. It can be even used on wet and poorly treated substrate surfaces in cold and wet conditions. Due to fast curing and high hardness, the product is quite suitable for the fields with short construction period. Its wide curing temperature range and loose blending ratio expands the application range for coatings.
STABILITY AND STORAGE: PAA curing agent will absorb moisture and carbon dioxide when stored in open containers, which may result in increased viscosity, discoloration and reduction of reactivity. These products should be kept tightly sealed in their original containers when not in use, and stored in a cool, dry place.
